facility and the early re-development of their old HQ site in central Edinburgh. Commenced ahead of Schedule allowing the Client to reap advanced capital return ahead of program.

Project Description: 2007-08 - New build medical centre and optical/dental practice procured traditionally JCT 98 Contract Delivered incorporating fully fitted out dental and medical facility which client leased out to practitioners for later sale. GHP managed the Demolition of two existing buildings to facilitate floor area.

Project Description: New Build two storey Primary School for 500 pupils procured through Design and Construct process constructed on severe sloping site with associated extension nurseries to three local nurseries and two playing fields upgrades. Delivered on time to comply with school curriculum as a “carve out” from Glasgow City Council PPP portfolio to allow supermarket to be built on redundant school vacant site.

Project Value: £16m
Project Description: Downtaking of existing concrete cladding, recladd with glazed curtain walling, new roof membrane, full internal fit out, full re-wire of IT system and resilience upgrade to power system.
All carried out while building occupied.

Over 1000 employees are to be decanted throughout the business into this new facility.

GHP also completed 2 additional data centers in London, Belfast and Manchester during this period.
