Project Description: 2007-08 - New build medical centre and optical/dental practice procured traditionally JCT 98 Contract Delivered incorporating fully fitted out dental and medical facility which client leased out to practitioners for later sale. GHP managed the Demolition of two existing buildings to facilitate floor area.

Delivered on time to comply with school curriculum as a “carve out” from Glasgow City Council PPP portfolio to allow supermarket to be built on redundant school vacant site.
